背景资料 H3N2 is a subtype of the influenza A virus. Its name derives from the forms of the two kinds of proteinson the surface of its coat， hemagglutinin（H） and neuraminidase（N）. H3N2 exchanges genes for internal proteins with other influenza subtypes. H3N2 has tended to dominate in prevalence over H1N1， H1N2， and influenza B. H3N2 strain descended from H2N2by antigenic shift， in which genes from multiple subtypes re-assorted to form a new virus. Both the H2N2and H3N2 strains contained genesfrom avian influenzaviruses.

Background:

Hemagglutinin (HA) is a class I viral fusion protein from Influenza virus. It is a major glycoprotein, comprising over 80% of the envelope proteins present in the virus particle. HA binds to sialic acid-containing receptors on the cell surface, bringing about the attachment of the virus particle to the cell, and is responsible for penetration of the virus into 流感病毒H3N2血凝素抗体the cell cytoplasm by mediating the fusion of the membrane of the endocytosed virus particle with the endosomal membrane. The extent of infection into host organism is determined by HA. In natural infection, inactive HA is matured into HA1 and HA2 outside the cell by one or more trypsin-like, arginine-specific endoproteases secreted by the bronchial epithelial cells. The HA 流感病毒H3N2血凝素抗体protein is a homotrimer of disulfide-linked HA1-HA2. It also plays a major role in the determination of host range restriction and virulence. Genetic variation of hemagglutinin and/or neuraminidase genes results in the emergence of new influenza strains.

甲型H3N2流感是一种由粘病毒引起的呼吸系统疾/病，可以通过多种动物的呼吸道传播（狗，鸡,鸭等），患者多表现出普通流行性感冒的症状，有时会出现腹泻和呕吐，重者会继发肺炎和呼吸衰竭，甚至死亡。现在的有效防范方式是疫苗接种。

1968年上半年香港实际已经爆发出禽流感，但香港流感实际是A型普通流感。准确地说，这是由H3N2病毒引起的**次爆发 （H3N2的H与N是代表病毒中的血凝素与神经氨酸酶蛋白质）。

香港流感类似于1957年的亚洲流感（即H2N2种，香港流感的不同之处在于血凝素蛋白质因为抗原更换而发生了化学排列改变）。可能是亚洲流感使受影响的人群中累积了相关的抗体，香港流感比起其他的流行病带来相对少的人员死亡：估计全球病毒活跃的1968年至1969年两年内有750000人死亡（美国有34000人死亡）。相对20世纪是较不致命的大流行传染病。而*致命的流感病毒是西班牙流感。

2014年12月中旬，北京市疾/病预防控制中心发布信息称，北京市已进入流感流行季节，以甲型H3N2亚型流感病毒为主导。自今年9月以来，北京市接到由流感病毒引起的集中发热疫情的报告均由甲型H3N2亚型流感病毒引起。其中以11月份报告起数增多明显。
