To detect human anti-virus IgM antibodies. Use in conjunction with # AG136 IgM Sample Diluent Optimised for use in viral indirect immunofluorescence assays, the Fc portion of the antibody has been removed. This eliminates conjugate reactions with virally induced Fc receptors. The product is supplied ready to use in a 3 milliliter dropper vial complete with counterstain.
