HPLC-purified mouse calbindin D-28k (recombinant, 100 g) produced in Escherichia Coli, after in vitro cDNA synthesis.   This recombinant protein has been purified by HPLC and migrates as a single band of approximately 28 kDa

This protein can be used for intracellular microinjections in neurons. For immuoblots and absorption experiments, we suggest using our other product AgCB10 or AgCB100

After reconstitution, freeze in small aliquots (e.g. 1 to 10 µg) and keep at -80°C. Avoid repeated freezing and thawing
