Hepatic leukemia factor, HLF.
Hepatic leukemia factor (HLF) is a member of the bZIP family and the PAR (proline and acidic-rich) subfamily of transcription regulatory proteins. HLF binds DNA specifically as a homodimer or heterodimer with other PAR factors. HLF is highly expressed in the liver, with lower levels in the lung and kidney and functions as an effective trans-activator.
HLF Human Recombinant produced in E.Coli is a single, non-glycosylated polypeptide chain containing 315 amino acids (1-295 a.a.) and having a molecular mass of 35.3kDa.
HLF is fused to a 20 amino acid His-tag at N-terminus & purified by proprietary chromatographic techniques.
