Introduction
Synaptobrevin 1(Vehicle-associated membrane, VAMP1) is one of the key proteins in the SNARE complex which is involved in regulated exocytosis. Synaptobrevin1 binds to t-SNAREs, syntaxin (STX) and SNAP25, after the fusion of synaptic vesicles to plasma membrane.
Description
VAMP1 Human Recombinant produced in E.Coli is a single, non-glycosylated polypeptide chain containing 111 amino acids and having a molecular mass of 11.9 kDa.

The protein solution (1mg/ml) contains 1X PBS and 1mM EDTA.
Stability
Store at 4°C if entire vial will be used within 2-4 weeks. Store, frozen at -20°C for longer periods of time.
For long term storage it is recommended to add a carrier protein (0.1% HSA or BSA).
Avoid multiple freeze-thaw cycles.
