Introduction
HRSP12 (UK114) is an endoribonuclease found mainly in the human ***** kidney and liver, and which is responsible for inhibiting translation by cleaving mRNA. HRSP12 cleaves phosphodiester bonds only in single-stranded RNA. HRSP12 may be an important biomarker for heptatic carcinoma.
Description
HRSP12 Human Recombinant fused with a 20 amino acid His tag at N-terminus produced in E.Coli is a single, non-glycosylated, polypeptide chain containing 157 amino acids (1-137 a.a.) and having a molecular mass of 16.6kDa. The HRSP12 is purified by proprietary chromatographic techniques.

Formulation
The HRSP12 solution (1 mg/ml) contains 20mM Tris-HCl buffer (pH8.0), 10% glycerol, 0.1M NaCl and 1mM DTT.
Stability
Store at 4°C if entire vial will be used within 2-4 weeks. Store, frozen at -20°C for longer periods of time.
For long term storage it is recommended to add a carrier protein (0.1% HSA or BSA).
Avoid multiple freeze-thaw cycles.
Purity
Greater than 95.0% as determined by SDS-PAGE.
