The mouse monoclonal IgG2b was produced against a synthetic hapten, which is normally not present in humans or animals. Therefore, this mouse IgG2b does not react with any antigen of human or animal cells. In order to serve as a true negative control, this IgG2b should be used under the identical conditions and at the same concentration as NeoMarkers other purified mouse monoclonal IgG2b antibodies.
