Purification	Purified by Protein A and Protein G chromatography.

Storage	Store at 4 °C for frequent use. Aliquot and store at -20 °C for up to one year. Avoid repeated freeze/thaw cycles.
Concentration	500 μg/ml
Buffer	0.01 M PBS, pH 7.4, containing 0.05% Proclin-300 and 50% glycerol.
Quality Control	The quality control contains recombinant SIRT3 disposed in loading buffer. Usage: 10 μl per well when 3,3'-Diaminobenzidine (DAB) is the substrate. 5 μl per well when used in enhanced chemilumescent (ECL). Note: The quality control is specifically manufactured as the positive control. Not used for other purposes. Loading Buffer: 100 mM Tris (pH 6.8), 1% SDS, 150 mM NaCl, 50% glycerol, 0.02% BPB, 50 mM DTT and 0.02% NaN3.
