Goat anti-chicken IgY Fc HRP Conjugated

Goats were immunized with highly purified chicken IgY Fc fragment isolated from normal chicken serum IgY. The resulting anti IgY Fc was immunoaffinity purified off a chicken IgY immunoabsorbant and conjugated with horseradish peroxidase (HRP). The affinity purified antibodies react only with IgY and not IgM or IgA chicken immunoglobulins by immunodiffusion and IEP techniques.
