Anti-Human MIP-1 Alpha

Human Macrophage Inflammatory Protein-1 Alpha (MIP-1) is a 7.8 kDa polypeptide of the chemokine family. MIP-1 Alpha is involved in the inflammatory response of macrophages and monocytes. These murine monoclonal antibodies react with both native and recombinant MIP-1 Alpha molecules.
Derived from hybridization of murine myeloma (SP2/0) cells with spleen cells from Balb-C mice immunized with purified recombinant human MIP-1 Alpha.
