  • Treponema Pallidum protein is suitable for ELISA and Western blots, excellent antigen for detection of T.Pallidum with minimal specificity problems. The E.Coli derived recombinant protein is fused at the C- terminus with a 6xHis Tag and contains the T.Pallidum p47 immunodominant regions. 70mM Tris-HCl pH8.0, 50mM NaCl, 50% Glycerol and 1.5M urea.T Treponema Pallidum protein was purified by proprietary chromatographic technique. Immunoreactive with sera of T.Pallidum infected individuals.
