  • Treponema Pallidum protein is suitable for ELISA and Western blots, excellent antigen for detection of Trp. Pallidum with minimal specificity problems. The E.Coli derived recombinant protein contains the Trp. Pallidum p15 immunodominant regions. The protein contains beta-galactosidase (114 kDa) fused at the N-terminus. 20mM Tris-HCl pH-8, 10mM B-ME and 8M urea. Treponema Pallidum protein was purified by proprietary chromatographic technique. Immunoreactive with sera of Trp. Pallidum infected individuals.
