SARS Mosaic Antigen in ELISA and Western blots, excellent antigen for detection of SARS with minimal specificity problems. The E.Coli derived 38 kDa recombinant mosaic protein contains the middle section of the Spike protein 408-470, 540-573 amino acids immunodominant regions. 25mM Tris-HCl, 0.4% sarcosyl, 0.25% Triton 100 and 50% glycerol. SARS Mosaic protein was purified by proprietary chromatographic technique. Immunoreactive with sera of SARS-infected individuals.
