Ubiquitin SUMO1 Human Recombinant produced in E.coli is a single, non-glycosylated polypeptide chain containing 109 amino acids (1-101) and having a molecular mass of 12.6 kDa. SUMO1 is fused to a 8 amino acid His-tag at C-terminus; purified by proprietary chromatographic techniques. The SUMO1 solution (1mg/1ml) contains 20mM Tris-HCl buffer (pH 8.0), 1mM DTT, 0.15M NaCl and 10% glycerol.
