EIF3J Human Recombinant produced in E.coli is a single, non-glycosylated polypeptide chain containing 210 amino acids (70-258) and having a molecular mass of 24kDa (Molecular weight on SDS-PAGE will appear higher). EIF3J is fused to a 21 amino acid His-tag at N-terminus; purified by proprietary chromatographic techniques. The EIF3J solution (0.5mg/ml) contains 20mM Tris-HCl buffer (pH 8.0), 2mM DTT, 10% glycerol and 200mM NaCl.
