MAFG Human Recombinant produced in E.coli is a single, non-glycosylated polypeptide chain containing 182 amino acids (1-162) and having a molecular mass of 20kDa. MAFG is fused to a 20 amino acid His-tag at N-terminus; purified by proprietary chromatographic techniques. The MAFG solution (0.25mg/ml) contains 20mM Tris-HCl buffer (pH8.0), 40% glycerol, 0.15M NaCl and 1mM DTT.
