Proteasome subunit beta type-10, Low molecular mass protein 10, Macropain subunit MECl-1, Multicatalytic endopeptidase complex subunit MECl-1, Proteasome MECl-1, Proteasome subunit beta-2i, PSMB10, LMP10, MECL1, RGS17 Human Recombinant produced in E.coli is a single, non-glycosylated polypeptide chain containing 230 amino acids (1-210) and having a molecular mass of 26.5 kDa. The RGS17 is fused to a 20 amino acid His-Tag at N-terminus and purified by proprietary chromatographic techniques. The RGS17 solution (1mg/ml) contains 20mM Tris-HCl buffer (pH 8.0), 0.1M NaCl,1mM DTT and 10% glycerol.
