The E.coli derived recombinant His-Tag fusion protein contains the HCV NS3 immunodominant regions, amino acids 1192-1459. 1.5M urea, 25mM Tris-HCl pH-8, 0.2% Triton-X & 50% Glycerol.HCV NS3 Genotype-1c antigen is suitable for ELISA and Western blots, excellent antigen for detection of HCV with minimal specificity problems.; HCV NS3 Genotype-1c protein was purified by proprietary chromatographic technique. Immunoreactive with sera of HCV-infected individuals.
