Staphylokinase, SakSTAR, Neutral proteinase, Protease III, SAK.Protein Kinases Staphylokinase Recombinant produced in E.Coli is a non-glycosylated polypeptide chain containing 136 amino acids and having a molecular weight of;16kDa. The Staphylokinase is purified by proprietary chromatographic techniques. Lyophilized from a 0.2µm filtered concentrated solution in PBS, pH 7.4.The biological activity measured by the ability of fibrin lysis in agarose plate was found to be 50,000IU/mg. ;
