Greater than 85% as determined by SDS-PAGE. BDH1 Human Recombinant produced in E.coli is a single, non-glycosylated polypeptide chain containing 318 amino acids (47-343) and having a molecular mass of 35.3kDa. BDH1 is fused to a 21 amino acid His-tag at N-terminus; purified by proprietary chromatographic techniques. The BDH1 solution (0.25mg/ml) contains 20mM Tris-HCl buffer (pH8.0), 30% glycerol, 0.2M NaCl, 2mM DTT and 0.1mM PMSF.
