Ag test control. Recombinant Dengue Virus NS1 Subtype 3 produced in Insect Cells is a polypeptide chain containing amino acids 775-1129 and having a molecular weight of approximately 50kDa. Dengue NS1 ST3 is purified by proprietary chromatographic technique. Dengue NS1 ST3 protein solution (1mg/ml) in 1xPBS, pH7.4, 0.1% Thimerosal, 5mM EDTA, 1µg/ml of Leupeptin, Aprotinin and Pepstatin A. Store at 4°C if entire vial will be used within 2-4 weeks. Store, frozen at -20°C for longer periods of time. For long term storage it is recommended to add a carrier protein (0.1% HSA or BSA). Avoid multiple freeze-thaw cycles.Ag test control.;
