Each laboratory should determine an optimum working titer for use in its particular application. The E.coli derived recombinant 28 kDa protein is genetically engineered peptide which is derived from Dengue Type-3 Envelope. This region also contains a common antigen for Dengue type 1, 2 and 4. The sequence is from Dengue virus type 3 strain C0360/94, genebank access code is AY923865. Phosphate buffered saline, pH-7.4. Dengue Envelope ST3 although stable at 4°C for 1 week, should be stored below -18°C.
