  • Cytotoxic and staining antibody.
  • For staining, use 10ml/1,000,000 cells. Titer for cytotoxicity should be determined by the investigator. Mouse IgG2a. Purified mouse LN B cells (C3H anti-C57Bl6). Ion exchange column. This antibody is also available conjugated to biotin and FITC. 1mg/ml in PBS (after reconstitution). Reconstitute with of H20. Mix gently, wash the sides of the vial and wait 30-60 seconds before use. Recognizes most MHC I-E class II haplotypes Reacts with H-2k, H-2d, H-2p and H-2r. Mouse Antibody Monoclonal.
