  • Blocking and staining antibody.
  • For staining, use 10µl/1,000,000 cells. Titer for blocking LPS binding should be determined by the investigator. Mouse IgG1. Purified human PBL Monocytes. Ion exchange column. This antibody is also available unconjugated and conjugated to FITC. For staining with biotin or FITC-conjugated antibody use 5-10µl/1,000,000 cells. 1mg/ml in PBS (after reconstitution).
