  • The lyophilized antibody should be reconstituted in sterile dH2O. The amount of sterilized dH2O can vary depending on the final concentration desired. Purified Rabbit polyclonal antibody to HIV-1 gp120. Lyophilized in PBS. Store at -200C. Avoid freeze/thaw cycles. Binds to recombinant HIV-1 gp120 in ELISA and Western Blot. Optimal dilutions should be determined by the customer, based on titration. Suggested starting dilutions if the protein concentration is 1mg/mL are listed below: • Western Blot 1:500 to 1:1000 • ELISA 1:500 to 1:1000.
