  • Western blot analysis of Spike in (A) transfected and (B) untransfected mouse melanoma cell lysate at a concentration of 0.05 ug/ml. This polyclonal antibody can be used for detection of SARS Spike protein in Western blot. Full-length Spike protein transfected into UM92 cells was used as a positive control and an approximate 139KDa band is detected. Polyclonal Rabbit Antibody. NMT2 should be stored desiccated below -18°C. For long term storage it is recommended to add a carrier protein (0.1% HSA or BSA). Please prevent freeze-thaw cycles. Store at 4C, stable for 6 months. For long-term storage, store at -20C.
