  • Staining and blocking antibody.
  • For staining, use 10µl/1,000,000 cells. This antibody will block signaling through the CD11a molecule. Titer for blocking should be determined by the investigator. Rat IgG2b. Purified mouse LN CD4+ T cells. Ion exchange column. This antibody is only available conjugated to FITC. 1mg/ml in PBS (after reconstitution). Reconstitute with of H20. Mix gently, wash the sides of the vial and wait 30-60 seconds before use.
