  • BCL2 antibody has been tested by ELISA, Western blot, and Immunofluorescence analyses to assure specificity and reactivity. Since applications vary, however, each investigation should be titrated by a reagent to obtain optimal results. Recommended dilution range for Western blot analysis and Immunofluorescence is 1:250 ~ 500. Recommended starting dilution is 1:500. Mouse IgG2b heavy chain and k light chain. Anti-human BCL2 mAb, is derived from hybridization of mouse FO myeloma cells with spleen cells from BALB/c mice immunized with recombinant human BCL2 amino acids 1-211 purified from E. coli. BCL2 antibody was purified from mouse ascitic fluids by protein-G affinity chromatography. Mouse Anti Human Monoclonal.
