Description	abm’s TC-100 Insect Medium for insect cell culture is a modified formulation of Grace’s insect medium to optimize the production of Autographia californica NPV virions. TC-100 Insect Medium is offered as a basal, serum and antibiotic-free formula to provide the end user flexibility of further supplement and serum addition if required. It is already a fully defined medium. Recommended to add tryptose broth and fetal bovine serum (TM999-500) for growth factors.
