Seems to activate the transcription of growth-related genes. Myc is one of the four factors in the Yamanaka protocol for iPSC reprogramming. The recombinant protein within the lysate has a 6X His tag at N-terminus for purification and 9X Arginine at C-terminus for cell membrane penetration.
