Follow these steps to order an immortalization service (quick view)

1. To obtain a quote, please fill out the service questionnaire and submit to quotes@abmgood.com
2. Place an order and specify the quote number during order placement. Note that samples received without an order confirmation number indicated will be disposed immediately upon receipt to ensure that all customer information is held in strict confidence.
3. Once you have received an order confirmation number, please set up shipment and submit:
   • Cells: At least 2x10⁶ cells/cell line. If you require more than 1 immortalization reagent, please submit an additional 1x10⁶ cells/reagent.
   • Media: All necessary media components, including any applicable FBS, growth factors and/or supplements required for culturing (abm can only provide DMEM and RPMI if needed). Please submit all components of the complete media individually to eliminate potential degradation of components in the media during transit. Kindly include instructions for making the complete media in your shipment. Volume requirement: 1 L of complete media.
   • Flasks: At least 5 x coated 6-well plates and 10 x T25 flasks if the cells require specially treated culture vessels.
   • Cell morphology: Please supply a picture of your primary cells growing in culture to depict 'original' cell morphology when setting up shipment by contacting order@abmgood.com with Order XXXXX in the subject line. This is to help us assess the cells we receive are in good condition before we start the project. Information on how to ship cell samples to abm can be found here.
4. abm will confirm cell morphology, immortalize your cells, and perform QC.

We are expanding our expertise with mammalian cells and now offer this service to immortalize your requested cell lines. If you have a primary cell culture that you would like to immortalize, our custom services are the quickest and most reliable tool for your project, saving you the precious time and money you would have otherwise lost attempting different genes yourself. Our custom service package is designed to allow you to immortalize your cells using immortalization reagents selected from our offerings, enabling you to easily obtain your desired cell line for your research needs.
