Selective MLCK inhibitor. Exhibits more potent inhibition than ML 9 hydrochloride. Displays reversible, ATP-competitive inhibition of Ca2+-calmodulin-dependent and -independent smooth muscle MLCKs. Inhibits proplatelet formation and stabilization.
