RHC-80267, an inhibitor of Diacylglycerol lipase (DAG lipase) that is required for 2-arachidonoyl glycerol (2AG) synthesis.
Eicosanoids are signaling molecules made by oxidation of 20-carbon fatty acids. Eicosanoids exercise influence over numerous signaling pathways, primarily in inflammation or immunity, but also, as messengers in the central nervous system.
