Non-ionic Detergent useful for isolation of membrane proteins. (CMC 0.2-0.9 mM, HLB 13, Cloud Point 64°C). 10% aqueous solution of Triton X-100 highly purified aseptically filled under GMP conditions with pharmaceutical grade water. Extremely low aldehyde peroxide impurities (100M) enable the highest retention of protein activity. Extremely low conductivity levels(5mhos) provide low ionic concentrations which are essential for applications such as electrophoresis.
