NDSB-195 is a member of the class of nondetergent sulfobetaines. Efficiently solubilizes proteins at non-denaturing concentrations. Useful in the isolation and purification of proteins, protein crystallization and renaturation of proteins. NDSBs can be easily removed by dialysis.
