A cocktail of four protease inhibitors which has been optimized for the inhibition of a broad range of serine proteases. 1X stock solution contains 500uM AEBSF.HCl, 420 nM aprotinin, 20uM elastatinal and 1uM GGACK. Elastatinal inhibits elastase-like serine proteases, while GGACK inhibits urokinase and Factor Xa.
