Cytodiagnostics silver enhancer kit for microscopy is ideal for use for light microscopy and electron microscopy applications, and offers down to picogram level of detection of gold nanoparticle conjugate, silver nanoparticle conjugate or gold nanourchin conjugate labelled samples while minimizing background.

Amplification of the gold nanoparticle label is a result of deposition of silver on the gold nanoparticles surface during the reaction allowing for detection of the label using a standard light microscope after 5-8 minute staining time.
