Biological Activity:

UNC2327 is a potent and selective allosteric protein arginine methyltransferase 3 (PRMT3) inhibitor with IC50 ~ 230 nM. It occupies a novel allosteric and is noncompetitive with both the peptide substrate and cofactor.

How to Use:

In vitro: UNC2327 was used at 5-10 µM final concentration in various in vitro assays.
