成纤维细胞是来源于胚胎中胚层的间充质细胞,是*容易体外培养的细胞之一,广泛应用于许多细胞学和生物学研究。它们的耐用性也使它们适用于从细胞转染到显微注射的各种操作。它们负责在结缔组织中细胞外基质的合成,并在伤口**中发挥核心作用。成纤维细胞可分泌富含I型和/或III型胶原的非刚性细胞外基质。人膀胱基质成纤维细胞也可分泌主要与膀胱上皮细胞作用的FGF-7。FGF-7对多层膀胱上皮形成的刺激作用很重要。
Sciencell研究实验室的人膀胱微血管内皮细胞是从人膀胱组织中分离得到的,一代冻存,冰冻运输。每管细胞密度*过5×10^5/ml。该细胞可通过纤连蛋白的免疫荧光鉴定。本细胞经检测不含HIV-1、HBV、HCV、支原体、细菌、酵母菌和真菌。如采用ScienCell 实验室特制的培养基,可保证此细胞15倍增殖。
