毛**是细胞中高活性的团体。它来源于真皮的间叶细胞,位于毛囊的基部。毛**能控制头发生长周期,诱导表皮毛囊发育并生成毛发纤维。培养早期,毛**细胞能诱导毛发体外生长,但进一步培养,该特性消失。毛发生长受到毛囊细胞与间叶上皮细胞间相互作用的调节。例如:毛**细胞分泌的β干扰素抑制体外培养中外根鞘细胞的生长。毛**细胞的存在也受到信号转导途径的影响,激活的ERK和Akt促进毛**细胞的存活。
人毛**细胞提取于人毛**组织,一代冻存。每管含有细胞数>5x10^5cells/ml,此细胞通过纤维粘连蛋白和CD105免疫荧光染色验证,经测试不含有HIV-1、HBV、HCV、支原体、细菌、酵母和真菌。细胞可以达到15倍增。

Hi, I saw the subculturing method and I understood about poly L lysine
coating for maintaining the cells. And I'm wondering if I have to do
coating with poly L lysine even in a 96 well plate for some kinds of
assays. Without the coating, is it going to be affected to the cells?

Dear customer,
Yes, poly-l-lysine must be used to, especially for a 96-well plate.
Primary cells generally need a substrate to attach to and the TC coating
on the plate or flask is usually not sufficient. Sometimes attachment
on 96 –well plates can be challenging, so we would definitely recommend
using poly-l-lysine.
