血管平滑肌细胞是许多动脉疾病的主要靶细胞。血管平滑肌细胞的加速生长潜能是血管疾病进展的关键因素。*新研究表明血管平滑肌细胞表达的血管内皮细胞表达细胞粘附因子ICAM-1 和 VCAM-1,研究表明这些因子能促进血管内皮细胞增殖,分化和血管壁的炎症反应,并且与血管疾病的进展及稳定有关。人血管平滑肌细胞的体外培养是血管研究中的重要模型,并将对血管疾病的药理学和治疗研究提供大量信息。
ScienCell实验室的HBVSMC分离自人大脑组织,原代冻存,冰冻运输。每管细胞密度*过5×105/ml。细胞经α-smooth muscle actin和desmin免疫荧光鉴定。本细胞经检测不含HIV-1、HBV、HCV、支原体、细菌、酵母菌和真菌。如采用ScienCell 实验室特制的培养基,可保证此细胞达到15次或以上的倍增。
