Reaction Conditions 
1X Buffer V2
10mM Tris-HCl (pH 7.5 at 30°C), 10mM MgCl₂, 50mM NaCl, and 100μg/ml BSA. Incubate at 60°C.

Storage Buffer
10mM Tris-HCl (pH 7.5), 100mM NaCl, 0.1mM EDTA, 7mM 2-mercaptoethanol, 100μg/ml BSA and 50% glycerol. Store at -20°C.

Thermal Inactivation
None.

Ligation / Recutting Assay 
After 5-fold overdigestion with Bse8I, 80% of the DNA fragments can be ligated and recut.

Overdigestion Assay 
Star activity is observed at greater than 5-fold overdigestion of 1μg substrate with Bse8I. 
Supplied with 10X Buffer V2, 10X Buffer UB and Viva Buffer A. (Diluent)
