Anti-human IgE Monoclonal Antibody (Le27)
该小鼠单克隆抗体识别人类IgE中Ce4结构域内的表位。它不会阻断肥大细胞和嗜碱性粒细胞上IgE与其高亲和力受体的结合，因此适合检测人类血清样本中的受体结合和总IgE。它还可用作诱发肥大细胞和嗜碱性粒细胞过敏原非依赖性的交联剂。
亲和力——通过对CH-Sepharose 4B的免疫亲和层析法从细胞培养上清液纯化——大鼠单克隆抗小鼠Ck。
应用：ELISA、FACS、W-blot、功能性细胞检测（肥大细胞/嗜碱性粒细胞活化）
